Why, is always the big question people want to know? Why do you spend so much time with your dogs? Why do you spend so much time training? And why do you spend all your money on that stuff? The reason is of course, a passion to see our dogs and our friends succeed.
This success may come in the grouse woods after your buddy as shot his first double over a staunch point or on the trial grounds during a perfect run. Oak Ridge exists as a result and has drawn people from all walks of life. A small community that dedicates its time and energy to this pursuit. Our methods may be different but the love we have for our dogs is all the same. It is that common thread, that passion that holds us together and this is reason why we do it.
